
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons mashed garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 big tomato chopped
- Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, curcuma
- Meat, chopped or minced
- Water
- Eggs
Preparation:
- Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat, add in onions and garlic and fry
- Add tomato paste, tomatoes, and season with spices
- Add meat and water, leave to cook for 15 minutes
- Crack eggs in frying pan and stir till eggs are set
