
Ingredients:
- 6 egg whites
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Non-stick cooking pan
- Any or all of the following ingredients:
- Fat free cheese
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Green peppers
- Tomatoes
- Any other favorite veggie
Preparation:
- Preheat pan to medium-high and add generous amount of non-stick cooking spray
(Egg whites tend to stick more to the pan than full eggs) - Beat egg whites and add to pan
- Half cook the egg white and add ingredients on one side and fold over the other side
- Cover the pan to make sure everything cooks well.
- Flip the omelette till the egg is set on both sides
