Body Builder Omelette

Algharbia farms body builder omelette recipe


  • 6 egg whites
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Non-stick cooking pan
  • Any or all of the following ingredients:
    1. Fat free cheese
    2. Mushrooms
    3. Onions
    4. Green peppers
    5. Tomatoes
    6. Any other favorite veggie


  1. Preheat pan to medium-high and add generous amount of non-stick cooking spray
    (Egg whites tend to stick more to the pan than full eggs)
  2. Beat egg whites and add to pan
  3. Half cook the egg white and add ingredients on one side and fold over the other side
  4. Cover the pan to make sure everything cooks well.
  5. Flip the omelette till the egg is set on both sides
