
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup cocoa
- ¼ cup powdered hot chocolate mix
- 200 g butter
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix eggs, salt, vanilla extract and sugar well
- Sift in the flour and mix well
- Sift in the cocoa and hot chocolate powder
- Melt the butter (do not boil) and add to the mix, stir well
- Pour the mix into a medium-small sized non-stick oven ready pan
(You can coat the pan with oil and flour to make sure mix doesn’t stick) - Bake in the oven until the mixture doesn’t move when you tilt the pan
(Approx. 20 – 25 minutes) - Let it cool before cutting and servin
