
Ingredients:
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2tsp olive oil
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Pinch of methi powder
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Pinch of coriander powder
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Drizzle 2 tsps oil in a pan
- Add spices to pan
- Place the halved boiled eggs, cut-side down
- Cook on low flame for 3 mts
- Turnover and cook for another mt.
