
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Pack frozen sausages
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter
Preparation:
- Defrost the sausages and chop them into small pieces
- Add a little butter to a frying pan and heat
- Turn down the heat and add the chopped sausages
- Half fry the sausages on medium heat then add the chopped onion with a little pepper
- Once the onions are soft, crack the eggs in the pan and add a little salt
- Stir occasionally until the eggs are set.
