Minced beef with spinach and eggs


Algharbia farms minced beef with spinach and eggs recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of spinach washed and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 3 tomatoes mashed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 1 cup minced beef cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Preparation:

  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees
  2. cook chopped onions on a frying pan then add spinach
  3. Cook for 5 minutes tillthe mixture is soft
  4. Add chopped garlic and stir.
  5. Add mashed tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes then add chickpeas.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Prepare a tray suitable for the oven, coat it with oil, add a layer of spinach to the bottom then add cooked minced beef, then add another layer of spinach.
  8. Crack the eggs on the surface and season each with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  9. Cook in the oven till the eggs are set.
