Poached Eggs

Algharbia farms poached eggs recipe


  • Eggs
  • Water



  1. Heat 2 inches deep water in the saucepan until bubbles cover the bottom side of the pan
  2. Crack each egg in a separate small bowl (do not use the ones with broken yolks)
  3. When a few bubbles have broken the surface of the water, gently pour each egg in the water
  4. Make sure to leave room between the eggs
  5. Cook the eggs, undisturbed, until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny (3-4 min)
  6. Use a spoon to remove eggs from the water


**Use a rubber spatula to gently release eggs from the bottom of the pan if necessary
