
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Water
Preparation:
- Heat 2 inches deep water in the saucepan until bubbles cover the bottom side of the pan
- Crack each egg in a separate small bowl (do not use the ones with broken yolks)
- When a few bubbles have broken the surface of the water, gently pour each egg in the water
- Make sure to leave room between the eggs
- Cook the eggs, undisturbed, until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny (3-4 min)
- Use a spoon to remove eggs from the water
**Use a rubber spatula to gently release eggs from the bottom of the pan if necessary
