Scrambled Eggs

Algharbia farms scrambled eggs recipe


  • Two Eggs
  • 6 tablespoons of full fat milk
  • A knob of butter
  • Salt



  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt until the mixture has one consistency
  2. Put the butter in the frying pan and heat it till it melts
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit without stirring for 20 seconds
  4. Stir with a wooden spoon, lifting from the bottom and folding it over
  5. Let it sit for 10 seconds then stir again.
  6. Repeat until eggs are softly set and slightly runny in places

Remove from heat and leave for a few seconds to finish cooking
