
Ingredients:
- Two Eggs
- 6 tablespoons of full fat milk
- A knob of butter
- Salt
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt until the mixture has one consistency
- Put the butter in the frying pan and heat it till it melts
- Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit without stirring for 20 seconds
- Stir with a wooden spoon, lifting from the bottom and folding it over
- Let it sit for 10 seconds then stir again.
- Repeat until eggs are softly set and slightly runny in places
Remove from heat and leave for a few seconds to finish cooking
