
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Get your frying pan on a medium to low heat
- Add enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of a large nonstick pan
- Crack the eggs into the pan, make sure it’s on medium or low heat
- Cook until the top of the whites are set but the yolk is still runny
- When ready, remove the pan from the heat and take the eggs out
- Dab them with paper towels to remove excess oil
